Recent ActivityGroup Announcements Art Club !!!Art Club will begin Monday 10/19/09 in my room(1600)
We will most likely keep the membership to Art students only due to the number interested. There may be acceptions for former Art students only on a case by case basis. The first meeting will be an organizational meeting to talk about any ideas people have that the club can be involved with. There will surely be a fee for supplies for different projects, (I'm guessing the $10 rang) but we will discuss that at the meeting as well. See you Monday. Mrs. Cary Art Club will finally kick-in and will meet Thursdays starting next week(1/10) after school in room 1600 until 4 pm.
We will be deciding what projects to do from now until the end of May. Ideas would include a recycle project, possible murals throughout the school, mosaic projects with broken plates, tiles or other ceramic and glass materials, hopefully clay projects and other Artful ideas to decide on. So far the club will include Art students only unless approved by the Art Dept. due to the number of students interested thus far. We will need to charge a fee to pay for the supplies needed for projects. (Around the $15-20 range) Discussion Topics Group Contacts
